How to Qualify for a Minnesota Medical Marijuana Card

How to Get a Minnesota Marijuana Card

Medical Marijuana has been legal in Minnesota since 2014.

Because medical marijuana’s ability to safely and effectively treat a wide range of conditions has been overwhelmingly supported by medical research, Minnesota lawmakers passed Minnesota’s Medical Cannabis Therapeutic Research Act in 2014. This Act made medical marijuana legal throughout the state!

In 2020, state lawmakers expanded the Medical Cannabis Program created by the Act. We'll be seeing patients in Minnesota very soon, so reserve your appointment now to be the first to know when we start!

A Minnesota Marijuana Card is a patient identification issued by the Minnesota Department of Health that verifies that you are registered with the state as an authorized medical marijuana patient.
